Our Standard Coaster size is: 95mm x 95mm. Either Round or Square with rounded corners. (365gsm Beer Mat Board is standard). Coasters also available in thicker 390gsm Beer Mat Board. Contact for pricing.
Custom Coasters issues same-day quotes on every commercial enquiry, and short runs of digitally printed coasters dispatch within 48 hours of artwork approval plus delivery. Larger production runs (10,000+ units) typically dispatch within 5–7 business days. We deliver Australia-wide via courier.

Digitally printed coasters are a fast, flexible alternative to traditional offset printing ‑ ideal for short runs and quick turnaround times with dispatch within 48 hours. Printed areas will have a slightly different sheen compared to offset‑printed coasters, adding a modern finish to your design. To ensure optimal absorbency, we recommend designs with lower ink coverage, as heavy ink coverage can reduce performance. Due to our focus on high-volume printing, we’re unable to provide press check proofs before production. However we can supply samples of previously printed coasters upon request. We do supply design proofs before printing.
Our standard options include 95mm round and 95mm square coasters with rounded edges. We also accommodate custom sizes and shapes upon request. Templates can be downloaded here.
Standard off-set Coaster printing: The minimum order for our standard cardboard coasters is 1,000 units.
Digitally Printed Coasters: For smaller print runs we do offer a digital print run service of 500 & 1,000 qty. Perfect for small events and quick turnarounds.

Yes — single-sided and double-sided printing are both standard. Double-sided printing is popular for QR-code coasters where the front carries the brand artwork and the back carries the call-to-action plus QR code.

We accept print-ready PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or high-resolution PNG/JPG (300dpi minimum). Our team can also help with design — see our artwork guidelines page for full bleed, trim and resolution requirements.
Yes! We have an in-house design department that can assist with you coaster design. Just tell us what you are looking for and we will provide designs. A small design fee will apply of $90.00gst.
Standard dispatch is normally 5-7 working days for large quantities.
We also offer a 48 hour EXPRESS service on small coaster quantities of 500-1,000 qty. However Public holidays may interfer with our normal dispatch dates, best to enquire when placing your order. We do supply tracking details of your order when dispatched.
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice via email with all payment instructions included.
