Print-ready PDF works best, and high resolution PNG or JPG files are fine too. Our prepress team places your file on the coaster print template, checks bleed, safe zones and colour, then emails you a digital proof. If anything looks off on the proof, tell us and we will fix it before printing.
Not for simple designs, and not for new customers. The only design charge is $90 + GST, for complex graphics. You can send just a logo, your brand colours and the wording, and our designers will build the layout and send a proof for you to check.
You will. We email a digital proof showing exactly how your coaster will print, normally within 1 to 2 hours of receiving your artwork. You can ask for changes at that stage, and nothing goes to print until you’ve approved the proof.
No. A quote only needs the quantity, the shape and whether you want one side or two printed. Artwork can follow once you’ve seen the price, or our designers can create it for you. Quotes are ex GST, with delivery priced for your quantity at the same time.
Read every word slowly, then test the details that cost the most to get wrong: phone numbers, web addresses and the QR code, scanned with your own phone. Check the colours and keep anything important away from the edge. The approved proof is exactly what gets printed.
