Ordering Custom Coasters: Cost, Quantities and Delivery
Prices, quantities, print runs and delivery times, all quoted ex GST by the team that prints your coasters.
You can order custom coasters from 500, and 500 single sided coasters cost $150 + GST in round or square. Runs of up to 2,000 are dispatched within 48 hours of proof approval and reach most major cities in 1 to 2 days.
The process is short. Send your quantity, shape and whether you want one side printed or two, along with your artwork or logo. Proofs are normally ready within 1 to 2 hours, and nothing prints until you approve one. There are no setup fees. Delivery is quoted with each order because it depends on quantity.
Quantity does most of the work on price. A run of 1,000 single sided square coasters costs the same as 500, $150 + GST, and 5,000 single sided coasters come in at about $395 + GST. Board, sides and shape move the price too, with 365gsm, one printed side and a square shape the cheaper choices. Round only costs more than square from 1,000 up. Runs over 2,000 take 5 to 7 working days to dispatch.
